Corporate training package
Matt Brady's training package includes the following components in a corporate health and fitness
package:
- Fitness assessments Weight and height measurements,
heart rate, blood pressure and fitness testing, etc.; these are conducted every
6 weeks
- Group training We organise training sessions with different
activities such as: boxing classes, circuit classes
incorporating weights and cardiovascular workouts, etc.
- Cardiovascular training Walking or running days; this is a
great workout whilst getting some sunlight and fresh air
- Weight loss A sensible nutrition and exercise program will
instil good nutrition and exercise habits that will last a lifetime!
- Strength training For men and women and men who may have never
done weight training before, it is now time to gain the amazing benefits
through this workout! Lose the excess flab under the arms, tone the legs and
tummy - great for weight loss!
- Fitness training at your level Starting a program can be
daunting especially if its your first time; our fitness training is
individualised according to each person's fitness levels, even when staff
members are training in larger groups
