Corporate training package

Matt Brady's training package includes the following components in a corporate health and fitness package:

  • Fitness assessments – Weight and height measurements, heart rate, blood pressure and fitness testing, etc.; these are conducted every 6 weeks
     
  • Group training – We organise training sessions with different activities such as: boxing classes, circuit classes incorporating weights and cardiovascular workouts, etc.
     
  • Cardiovascular training – Walking or running days; this is a great workout whilst getting some sunlight and fresh air
     
  • Weight loss – A sensible nutrition and exercise program will instil good nutrition and exercise habits that will last a lifetime!
     
  • Strength training – For men and women and men who may have never done weight training before, it is now time to gain the amazing benefits through this workout! Lose the excess flab under the arms, tone the legs and tummy - great for weight loss!
     
  • Fitness training at your level – Starting a program can be daunting especially if it’s your first time; our fitness training is individualised according to each person's fitness levels, even when staff members are training in larger groups
     
  • Email and telephone support - Forgot the exercise technique? Need some diet advice and motivation throughout the week? Just call or email your trainer to answer that burning question.
     
  • Special events - Get your company involved in corporate sporting events such as the City to Surf fun runs and team triathlons. (Great for team building)

Group training fitness packages

All group sessions can be tailored to your company's needs depending on numbers, fitness level and facilities.

  • Basic Fitness
    This session is aimed at staff who are starting a fitness program or are new to fitness. Participants will gain an all round fitness for optimum health and wellbeing by combining walking, strength training and relaxation movements. This outdoor session is supportive and fun.
     
  • Bootcamp
    For those who want to push themselves, this session will seriously increase fitness through a combination of high intensity cardiovascular and power/strength exercises. Using the outdoor environment exercises include jogging, stairs, plyometrics, boxing, sprints, etc. Every week is different to keep it challenging and exciting.
     
  • Pilates
    Help your staff develop their strength, posture and flexibility through a combination of floor-based Pilates exercises. Therapeutic and fun, it’s a suitable workout for all fitness levels. This class can be done in open space on premises.
     
  • Personal & Small Group Fitness Training
    One-on-one training to maximize results! We can organize personal training for executives or small groups of 2 to 6. A Matt Brady Personal Trainer will support and guide them to achieve their health and fitness objectives by developing a specifically tailored fitness program. The sessions are fun and challenging whether in the company gym or outdoors.
